Hello, thank you for your concern x dr came round and gave me tramadol for leg, not much else he can do, not really great as contains morphine, still no word from bf, he hates me obviously, I did have a bath but mum stayed on phone in case I fell over, tut, what is that little knitted thing, my brain is so tired i forgot who posted it, it looks cute

I had another busy day. Just now finding time to check in here.

Sorry for all the folks having a rough time, it is a full moon now

I am getting ahead of the pile of work I left myself by being drunk most of the last years. Slowly but surely old items are being put to rest. One of these years I might even get up to even!

Welp. I did it. I drank. I finally reached this pinnacle of stress that I've been resisting (well over a month?) and flipping the bird to all along. I have had massive cravings all week. And tonight I broke. So I'm drunk. And I'll be sorry tomorrow.

Thanks Dee. For now I think I have to forgive myself and start again tomorrow. I really enjoyed this release. But it leads to other bad things. So. I'm going to try to sleep and work this out tomorrow.

Oh ilya, sorry u drank... But if it helps u realise its not worth it, then it will help.... I gave up for 2 weeks before this stint... But the pressure got too much and I though, just a couple... Ended up in pub till 3am.... So drunk,embarrassed myself, endangered myself... BUT it made me want to change so much... This time its day41.... Every time I'm tempted I think of that night. I am not finding sobriety easy all the time....
Hope u can use this slip up as a ******** against booze , lots love xxx
