Thumbs up Fast 30 days!

30 days sober....now why in the h*ll didnt I do this before? It wasnt that bad, and sure is nice waking up on Monday without a Fri-Sun hangover.

Thanks for the encouragement here on SR. I'm learning lots and appreciate the sharing.

Initially I just wanted to stop for a week, then 30 days, but now I believe it may be best to just stop drinking for good. It sure is nice waking up and showering and not feeling guilty or kicking myself for having 1 or 2 glasses too many.

Again, thank you Augustians for your enlightenment and encouragement in the sobriety venture.

Well, ok... First of all - glad to be back!

Secondly, Lofty.. I have no idea how you missed my 37 now 38 days... maybe you blinked... LOL...

Thirdly............... Congrats RS2 on the BIG 30!!

Welcome BrokenChains... like the screen name

Hi Alaska, Piotr, Amy, Sindy, Sarah... anyone else that I forgot.

Heads feeling cloudy the last couple days... going through another intense therapy time. Focusing is hard when the anxiety level is sky-high. But it's all for the good...

Have a wonderful Wednesday night -- we're awesome

Epic fail

R4r...I tried. I cannot keep up with you. Today was day 5 again and i slipped. I am SO disappointed in myself.
How is it that I can get thru the whole holiday weekend with a family of drinkers totally sober and then fall flat on my face a few days later?

AAAAAUUUUUUUUGH!!!!!

I am not happy with myself at this moment.

Theres often no logic to drinking Sindy - I did often relapse after I'd been 'good' tho.

I've found I could justify drinking a million ways when I wanted...

I don't need an answer - but it might be a good idea to ask yourself why you think it keeps happening?

I can't help on the algebra either
