Grateful to be up early, sober and present.
Grateful for a good nights sleep.
Grateful for warm clothes, I need them today.
Grateful Caramel is with us.
Grateful for the small things in life.
Grateful my husband just made me a cup of tea.
Grateful my little cat is so happy and full of life.
Grateful to be here with you all. xx

Mags, I’m also glad you joined us and have been sharing your grats. I feel the same way about joining this group.
Grateful to pick up a tired sunburned happy son yesterday. He even wanted to see his sister he had missed us all so much.
Grateful to be going out to eat tonight and then to the opera.
Grateful for how my little cat always looks when you call his name. So curious, with his head cocked. The fat cat probably knows his name just as well but is quite selective in his responses
Grateful I’m going to have almost a full week without kids or husband this summer. Grateful my first thought of what to do with the time isn’t about drinking wine. Which was really the same thing I did when they were around I guess.
Grateful to be going on a bike ride with friends this morning.

Grateful to be warned about the snow - guess I'll cut all the daffodils for my vases.
Grateful that 10 kitties & 5 dogs got homes last week (from the shelter where MrH volunteers).
Grateful that love will always conquer hate.
Grateful to be able to turn off negativity & take on the day with a hopeful heart.

Grateful sobriety has brought me peace of mind
Grateful for early mornings...I love them, being awake in the quiet of the dawn, heaven.

Grateful for Mr Hevyn and other people like him who give their time to work at the animal shelter.
Grateful Purps has 4 months, that's great news.
Grateful to be here with you all and read your posts, they set me up for the day.
