Daisy, is the post re 25 year sober on the forum or somewhere else?
Hev, can’t believe the snow is returning for you! Glad you are warming with positive attitude
Grateful that I’m awake and rested after a night out downtown. Which in the drinking days would have meant coming home and wondering if I was slurring at all to the babysitter, possibly having even more wine, and then feeling very toxic in the morning.
Grateful for all the green and flowers here right now. Won’t be all that long before things start bleaching and turning more brown from sun. But right now—gorgeous. I think I’ve appreciated it more this year than I ever have.
Grateful for something of a reprieve at/from work.
Grateful for kind neighbors.
Grateful to be planning our little staycation for the first week of summer.
Grateful for all of you and your wisdom.

Congrats Purps!
Thanks, Rusty. Yes, serenity prayer!
Grateful for genuine connections both here and offline
Grateful for Hev’s post. So true about love conquering hate. Love is the most important thing in the world!
I will look for that 25 year sober post, Daisy.
Grateful to have a healthy breakfast
Grateful to have a relaxing day planned and will hopefully go for a hike again

Thank you mags & Daisy - re the shelter.
FBL - Same here, the snow didn't materialize. I'm not sad.
Grateful I can now put away shovels, boots, etc. Surely no more bad weather?
Grateful for my weekly weigh-ins. They show I am not trying hard enough.
Grateful for the strength & courage I've always found here at SR.
Grateful to read all your grats - each & every one is important.

Daisy, I found the post (Fearless it’s on the alcoholism page). Very inspiring indeed.
Grateful for more beautiful weather and for spending the morning not being in a hurry or having a particular goal — while supervising four kids out and about at a pretty busy Farmers’ Market among other spots.
Grateful not being tethered to booze gives me the freedom to fun stuff with the kids without being on the booze clock.
Grateful I did not go into or do any work this weekend, not even once. Amazing! I feel so happy. It’s like a manageable workload. At least temporarily.
Grateful my kids are doing a week of no screens. I may join them some in solidarity so may be here less frequently but this feels so healthy I’m not sure I’ll take any breaks from this page anyway.
Grateful for you all.

'God grant me the serenity' is a good grats to have Rusty.
I'm glad you found that post Numblady, it's certainly one to read, it both inspired and moved me.
Did you manage to find it Fearless?
Grateful for another hangover and guilt free morning.
Grateful the school run went smoothly.
Grateful to buy a few plants for the garden.
Grateful to drop my mum off in town.
Grateful the sun is shining again.
Grateful I have food in my cupboards.
Grateful I found my husband's house and car keys!!
Grateful Hevyn didn't get the snow that she didn't want anyway.
Grateful I'm not the only one who doesn't try hard enough to lose weight.
Grateful to read all your posts.
Grateful to be here with you all. xx

Yes, I found it! Thank you Daisy and Numblady. It is a very uplifting post!
I am also grateful about not being tethered to alcohol. I spent an unexpected long time yesterday at my son’s friends house visiting with the other two moms. In the past I would have been anxiously planning an escape to go drink in private. Instead I was able to be in the moment, enjoy the company and have great sober conversation. Grateful to find out one of the moms is a nondrinker. The other is a normie, I can just tell from knowing her a few months now
Grateful to have my things to do list(s) ready to go for the week
Grateful for all of you and for friendship I’ve found here
