This is so good! I'm going to borrow this one for today.

I've been productive and unhappy (pushing myself way too hard),
and unproductive and happy (running away from responsibility)--
today I will be productive and happy.

Just for today!

Grateful I had my first "sober" dream last night--in which I went to a party and chose not to drink.

Morning Grats

Okay now do I have a story for you.

Last night at BC (Boston College) some of my Dad's friends the priests in the Jesuits Order put on a small intimate Mass for my mom and I was invited up onto the alter to do a reading.

So besides being so very nervous I couldn't help but be so grateful at how my life has turned around 180%. Truly a miracle in itself.

Afterwards 5 of them had a small dinner celebration to honor my Dad because my Dad has helped them to do their grad thesis.

What touched me was they are all International students one is from India, another Bolivia, Slovenia and not sure about the last. They talked so beautifuly about my Dad it brought tears to my eyes.

They are truly amazing men and I am so grateful I was there.

Thanks for all the well wishes and yes thank God I was no where near the tornado

grateful this morning for a cool crispyness to the day....the windows open made the house 68 degrees...it's 48 outside, not 93...whew....maybe the plantscan breathe too.

grateful to see some tomatos on myearly vine! grateful to have a plan to get through the day with not overeating...i need to be disciplined on this food thing.

Good Morning Everyone!

Grateful for an excellent sleep last night.

Grateful to be looking forward to today and the adventures as they unfold. Grateful that I am the one that is in charge of my happiness.

Grateful for a light shower this morning - make everything smell fresh and helps things stay healthy and green.

Grateful to be able to help my daughter to get ready for her first farmers market this weekend. Should be a wonderful learning experience for her - she is 14.

Grateful for love, food, shelter, books, water.

Have a marvelous day everyone!

Grateful for my husband who took care of me this morning.
I don't know what's changed or how but he has been stepping up mightily around the house and to help me recently.
Grateful for a doggie playdate in an hour.
Grateful for the clarity and focus to take another bite out of my work project today so I can sanely plan the week for work/fun/chores/exercise.
Have a super Saturday!
