Grateful this morning for the camaraderie here 
Grateful for humility, too, Sneeze. Amazing how strong the pull of booze is STILL, but grateful that I used my tools to nip cravings in the bud. (Wine = tiredness, embarrassment and headache inducing juice).

i'm reaching for grats today....i'm in one of those dangerous negative modes...so i need to use my tools too.
i'm grateful to be up and moving this AM, drinking coffee...pushing myself to exercise...because it is good for my mind and body...and beats back the depression.
grateful to have the chance to make this a good day....i just have to figure out HOW????

Gratefully IN TEARS that I got through the shower yesterday with all its triggers with my dignity and sobriety intact.
Grateful for a simple day today with simple food, water, work.
Grateful I can take one step, than another, then another, in my own pace.

Grateful for a very productive session with my coach last night...we are entering a new phase and its a little hard but so great!
