Least, I'm joining you with the good coffee and dog company!

Good luck at the flea, RZ!

Good morning GP

Grateful for a beautiful quiet morning -

Birds are singing, the air is still cool as the sun is coming up, the rain yesterday washed everything clean.

So grateful for this sober life and all of the people (and other animals ) who give me support, love and courage

Thank goodness it's not that kind of POD (at least I hope not!) Rusty.

Grateful today is the next to last time I ever have to clean this house again (final walk-through tonight). Maybe that was a whine-grat .

Grateful for SR as I could have never have gotten sober without you guys. And you guys put the "fun" in sobriety . Very grateful for that.

Grateful to have learned a lot on this journey and to have opened up my mind a little. Grateful to be taking baby steps towards Patience, Acceptance and Tolerance.

I REALLY like the phrase "start my day with HOPE"...thanks Carol...today I am applying Hope to losing this extra poundage I am carting around like an albatross.

I am grateful for a quiet peaceful day to catch up, (i ran like a full-speed banshee all day yesterday), i have promised myself to get caught up on chores and laundry and vacuum all the dirt and debris that have collected from construction.

I am grateful for a day of planning and plotting to get back on track with healthy eating and exercise...(there is hope i hope)!

I am grateful that I can do some small things to remove the clutter in my house that is cluttering my head and sense of peace.

back later, have a great morning!

Even though its cloudy and in the 50's its still a good day and for that I am grateful.

Grateful I will be on a plane in 3 days or I guess its how you count? I'll be leaving Wedn

Grateful no matter where I go I will still be able to access SR? Or at least I hope so?

Have a salmagundi Sunday (stew of many mixed ingredients; a medley or miscellany)

Grateful for quiet times when I can remember that I can Let Go and Let God determine the outcome.

Grateful to know that this does not absolve me from doing the work, but only asks me to let go of the outcome.

Grateful to know that shame, fear and pride have no place in my life - they are seeds that can sprout into full-fledged illness, and to limit my life.

Grateful for the links on SR posted by others to free downloads of AA speakers.

Grateful there are no "coincidences" in life....

Have a good one, all...........

Love this, thanks!

Grateful for a new day with clean air after some solid rain, grateful for a big meal of pasta with meat sauce that I'm making for the family, grateful for plans to catch a movie later, grateful for my breakfast coffee and doughnut, grateful for hope and perspective.

Have a super Sunday all!

Grateful this morning for making a commitment to better food choices and a bit more exercise. Baby steps, will work for this adventure.

Grateful to have kinda a plan in place to be more productive at work this week

Grateful to overcome a difficult day yesterday by going to bed early and regrouping for today's adventures - whatever they will be.

Grateful for food, love, life, shelter, and coffee.

Morning grats, I am grateful that I was searching around the web and I ran into this video that touched my heart Here One Day trailer on Vimeo. Its about this woman w/two kids who grew up w/a mom who was bi-polar and ended up ending her life. Anyway the girl talked about her fear of becoming like her mom. Although right now its just a trailer it looks like its coming out June 1st.

Happy Vets Day for vets fallen & alive I for one want to thank you for your service
