Frances.....great news on day 90 - congrats...

Thankful for RZ's endless supply of smileys - lol - where do you find them all?

Grateful that instant gratification can be found in a dustcloth and a can of Pledge instead of a can of beer. (See that shine!)

Grateful for dirty dishes, as my mother's plaque said, because "they have a tale to tell - while others may go hungry, we're eating very well.."

Today, I will gratefully count my blessings as I whip through the mounds of laundry and cleaning that needs to be done.

Have a good one all.......

Grateful for kicking off another week sober

grateful for the breakfast hubby is about to cook (bacon and eggs, my fave)

grateful life unfolds in so many unexpected ways and that this is ok

grateful I can prepare myself for the future by remembering the best preparation is being open to everything

grateful to know I am not in control, God is and He is MUCH better equipped for the job

I like that "dishes tale" WW!

Grateful to be up early with energy, hope and a positive attitude -- with a coffee in hand.

Grateful for the beautiful weather we are expected to receive today.

Grateful to be moving forward in my life with baby step.

Grateful to be looking forward to getting some more exercise today and eating healthy, once again.

Have a great day everyone!

Isn't it great that sr is only as far away as your nearest Internet device, newby?

Grateful I am up on my own body's clock and this is day three without coffee (drinking tea instead). Maybe today I will feel sane without it!

Grateful to discover...birds will enjoy stale breads tossed out whole....no more tearing it to small bits for me. ..
Yes...they mingled...large and small...blue...red..black and brown... no distintions involved. A lesson?

good morning everyone...enjoy your day..it will be the only day exactly like it.

Good morning, everyone....

Grateful for the work in front of me

Grateful SO is up and feeling much, much better today - was concerned for a while there.

Grateful for the non-stop wagging tail of my little boy - he needs a tail protector

Ever hear the story "Everything I ever needed to know, I learned in Kindergarten?" Well, everything I ever needed to know I can learn from this dog - he is the sweetest, kindest dog I ever owned.

Have a good one all......

Hope you have an easier day today, RZ

Grateful for coping skills too, even though sometimes I forget I have some.

Grateful to be looking forward to day - knowing that I am the one that makes or breaks the day -- going in with a positive attitude always helps.

Grateful for the weather, birds singing, no wind, and my garden is growing like crazy.

Grateful that I am going to be running errands today to get a lot of the "to do" list that has been on there for awhile. Just do it and it is done.

Have a super wonderful day!

Thanks, Mida!

RZ - hang in there!

Morning all:

Grateful for the wonderful sense of direction I have today.

Grateful to put procrastination to rest.

Grateful to flip the calendar to a new month and the fresh start that always represents.

Grateful for today's possibilities.

Have a good one, all......

Gratters--I just accepted a BIG freelance writing job. $$$. Gulp.

GRATEFUL I CAN DO THIS with grace and ease and purpose and calm and confidence. I will plan how much I will do each day for the next eight days and turn it in with ease next Thursday morning.

Grateful for the sobriety that got me here. I needed to think fast and act fast yesterday and I did. Three months ago, my leaky brain would have sent me to panic rather than action.

GRATEFUL.
