grateful for another day to do the right thing....grateful for coffee, my job, exercise and my happy pets.

grateful it is bright and sunny outside with 15 hours of daylight!

grateful to remember that exercise is good for depression too....along with my body!

Grateful for a bright shiny new and a Monday!
Grateful to have found you people, how did I get so lucky?
Grateful for a walk last night with a smart, sassy, self-esteemful friend (just made that word up)
Grateful for my dog's thick healthy fur, and how God made each hair so perfectly multi-toned to stand out on my couch, rugs, and clothes.
Grateful for my husband's endless patience with me

Newby...sorry for your Moms passing

Grateful for money to pay the bills. Grateful for poppy seed muffins...I don't know why I love these. So much?!?! Grateful for my funky flower skirt I'm wearing today...I had forgotten about it until I was doing some sorting last night and re-found it

As I write the post I am in tears, but at the same time I am grateful that our
four legged adopted daughter is no longer suffering from massive seizures. It hurt my heart dearly to see her. This time they wouldn't stop and nothing could be done.

Also grateful that she passed away in mine and her Dad's arms.

Also grateful we didn't have to make the decision to get her put to sleep

Big hugs to you IWBWI, in this sad time. Take comfort in the knowledge that you gave her a good loving home.

Hugs Newbs and IWBWI

Grateful for another sober Monday and sending off the kiddos to summer school hangover free...I may plan a first day of school picnic surprise for them as I always try to do something fun for the first day.

A great grateful day to all!

Grateful that I'm clear-headed and it's been a productive Monday so far
Not so grateful for my new deer friend who must have snuck into my perennial garden last nite and ate two buds off of my new rose bush!
Grateful that above incident doesn't make me angry but instead makes me smile because he or she had quite a lovely little snack!

Morning, GPer's - its a new day and being approached with new perspective.

Grateful to know I am responsible for myself and to do what I need to do; not what I WANT to do.

Grateful to rid myself of resentment and put one foot in front of the other.

Grateful for the smell of coffee being brewed.

Grateful for the busy day in front of me and look forward to the feeling of accomplishment tonight in my evening grats!

Have a good one, all.....

Grateful to be back at SR - missed you guys!

Grateful for a beautiful sunrise - the clouds are pink and blue gray.

Grateful that every day is a new chance. Yesterday was a hard one and I turned into a grouch by the end of it. Now I'm consciously letting go of all that and welcoming this new day with peace and humility (thanks for reminding me of humility, RZ).

Thank you so much Fandy. You are right, she had the perfect home and life... so I feel wonderful about that. Lots of fond memories about her antics and the love she shared.

Today is another day... and things will be better today. We are all moving forward. There is even talk in our house about helping another dog in need from the rescue center. Still a little early in the grieving process - I think. Time will tell.

((((IWBWi)))) if you have not read "the Rainbow Bridge" I recommend Googling it...I'm on my phone or I would post it.

Congrats AG! Wishing you and your man a long, happy and healthy life together!

Grateful for driving with the windows down and honeysuckle-scented air so sweet and rich you could practically drink it.
