It’s a warm sunny day with a nice cooling breeze. A good day to stay sober.

Kaily, I hope the engineer came round yesterday. I think I missed what exactly he is coming to do.

So tired of not sleeping. It has been weeks since I actually got more than 3 hours. Blah.

Alpine, I can't sleep either. For months now. It's exhausting...

Yeah, Melki it sure is isn't it. I have had insomnia off and on for ..gosh 15 years and this is the worse it has been in many years. Maybe tonight will be the night we both can sleep.
The last night I slept was when Mr. A and I were camping and I was sleeping on the ground in a mummy bag. Go figure. LOL

Yeah, Alpine, it's been years for me too and lately a lot worse. The only time I get a reprieve in sleeping when I hike outside for a long stretch of time. I'll definitely try to get out and get moving today. Can't remember the last time we were out camping. I do miss it!

I wish could get out and hike or at least walk, can't really right now due to hip pain. Our camping trip was a canoe camping trip. So darn peaceful.

Sounds beautiful and peaceful. I can't hike right now and only walk a little because of foot pain but even sitting outside is better than inside. Hugs to you, Alpine, wishing you relief from pain, and peaceful sleep tonight.

Alpine, melki, just a thought. Wonder if a virtual hike would help. There’s lots on YouTube. When I’m missing the sea I go for a walk with YT on a beautiful beach somewhere round the world. It’s not the same of course, you don’t get the smells of the air around you but it has a calming effect.

Hope we all had a sober weekend to start the week hangover free.

Morning everyone. I’ll try not to moan too much but didn’t sleep well from about 3am and woke up this morning with a moderate headache, some nausea and a painful lower back on the one side. It feels eerily similar to being hung over. It’s a lovely mug Mags, but right now I don’t even feel like having my usual morning cuppa or two. Hopefully it will improve as the day goes on.
