Vman and Sao....

How do you get your personal pictures to be a larger size on here? Both of you get nice big images.

When I try to use one of my iPhone images, here's what happens:



I go to iCloud, "save as" to my computer (in Downloads), go to User CP, "upload image" copy the URL and - smally smallerson.

What am I missing?

Hey Bim.
I use Go Advanced - Manage Attachments for photos. As there is a limit on photo size I installed an app called reduce photo size on my Android.
It's pretty straightforward.

Vman, so you are loading to SR directly from your phone? I have an iPhone and I don't post from it, so I have to get the image to my computer first. Maybe that's my problem, because they are small on my computer, too. I'm using the intermediary iCloud. That may be where the trouble begins.

Yes I usually do my SR from the mobile directly. Not great for my eyes but practical as I can make use of wait time or break time...

Try test a few photos with go advanced. Some beach photos or eagles or bears

But I still have to get them from my phone to my computer, and they are small on the computer.

iPhone / iCloud should just give me a URL already. But it doesn't, at least not directly to PC/Windows.

And before anyone wastes their time, I know about imgur or tinypic or postimage. That's just another step I was trying to avoid. It appears the phone-to-site is my other option. Which I won't do, either.

I have no clue about Apple....just reading.

Android here too....I email my pics to myself from my phone bim and open them on my PC. Lots of different ways to resize....but no clue so shhhhh Suze ♥

BP2 that puggle was great, I had to Google Echidna.

bin, I post mine in exactly the same way as VMan. I have screenshot the app. If you do want to use your IPhone you can download ICompress, it does pretty much the same thing.

May I ask you a question - how do you download your cool gifs?

Btw VGA size is the number of pixels you need to reduce to.

I guess I'll learn some new way, but now that I know you both post from your phones, that answers the question.

Gifs = I go to Google and search for something like, "beach waves gif image," then I just right-click the image I like and put its URL in [ IMG][ /IMG] tags. I don't download them.

Just steal their URL.
