I don't know what an "emojis" is! Whatever it is I can't do emojis either. There really is a limit to what I can do. Looking forward to some irises and lilies up here. It will settle me down. Thank God I don't have a craving to drink any more. It just doesn't occur to me. Honestly it's the greatest gift I ever received or gave myself. Something saying to me "It's going to be all right!"

Bill, now you've got me going down the rabbit hole again with your quotes. I'll be on the internet tonight until the middle of the night. Hope you are well. Truth be told, I love it, as I always like to learn.
Bill.
Dear friends,
Been behaving promise!!!
I am drag out of work each day or I get told off...
I get meds supervised.
But get aggressive sometimes... I frightened the receptionist once, so I apologize.... I get aggressive sometimes..............
We had a couple of fights in the car... and once it was in a petrol station...
we might have been taped jajajajaja
He has many patients everyday so he has under the passenger seat an arsenal... so he stooped to get me water and I would not get out of the car...
he ended grabbing the draw underneath the seat and I sat on him hitting his back... but I did not hit him as hard as I could...
And they started saying something on the speakers so we started laughing.
We are going to be in you tube, fight in a Station...............
and I gave in got out of the car and I got water the staff looking at me...
He said you wanted another so have it... so I took another...
and then he said I emptied the capsule.......... the B%%%%%%%
So in the round about I tried again to open it fight again....
and when we stopped I would not get out of the car.
Behaving like a stupid kid....
So another came out to get me out and get in the centre!
We had another fight another day.... dragging me out of the car...
but I am taking my small doses and I promise yesterday I reduce it again today, and keeps on telling me I am doing great and I have to fight with my resistance to stop.
I said I am adapting today 3 weeks awake
He txt me each morning get to work... and now I can get up
and then one day sport (well dragging me and forcing me to get in the sea once) and another day in the centre I have to get in this machine to sweat toxins and everyday chat bla bla bla I have to change my attitude etc.
But it is working.
Regarding Kity is changing my hours.
I get up early now and get to work on time (all amazed!!!!!!)
and I got to get home early to take her out.
And am not alone at home
She loves me to bits
Got to go he is phoning!!!
Keep you posted with all my caring!!!
Have a great weekend,
Aiko

Hi am with my doc.
the model is called Transtheoric of the change
in which uses different methods, to each patient needs.
As each one is different
as we are all different and needs different way to be treated for the change.
Well am trying to translate it and typing....
With a 90 % of recovered people,
and is a bit of a hound.......................................
24 hours keeping an eye on all.
So with each patient does different techniques..,.
God today he said I am a bit of a pshico
I still have to do the over 500 questions of personality test!
That is going to be funnnnnn
The important is on monday Is really the last time I got stoned
so is not 3 until them.

Aiko: Nice to hear from you. Thanks so much for an update. I was interested that you wrote, " and I sat on him hitting his back... but I did not hit him as hard as I could...". Although I never sat on my doctor nor hit him on his back if this seems to be working out for you and you are having some improvement then, like bullfights, who am I to question the customs of Sunny Spain! Here in America we should get over the idea that we have the solution to all the world's troubles. And your dog is giving you some fine gratitude and support. That's helpful too. Also you didn't hit your doctor as hard as you could. That's a good sign. Good luck!

Yay, Aiko - so wonderful to hear from and to hear that you are making progress.
Stick with it; stay the course. It is a difficult go right now but the results will be so beautifully rewarding.
Sending love.

Hi Aiko.
It's good to see that you're getting help, and that you haven't allowed your resistance to sabotage your progress. That's a big step for most of us.
The Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change (TTM) was designed by two psychologists from the University of Rhode Island, James O. Prochaska and Carlo Di Clemente, about forty years ago. It combines different aspects among a range of other models of psychotherapy, and is meant to assist people through various processes on the way towards healthier behaviors. Originally developed to help with smoking cessation, it has since been used to treat people with diabetes, heart disease, weight loss, and substance use, among others.
Some people here may be familiar with the "Stages of Change" model that includes Precontemplation, Contemplation, Preparation, Action, Maintenance and Termination. This is an integral part of this method, and is sometimes used as a synonym for TTM. There is some controversy about the various stages: how they're measured and their description as discrete entities, but many people are more interested in the efficacy of the treatment rather than how it's described. In the original development of the model, people are assessed along the way in order to measure progress and as a means of assessing readiness for the next stage.
Back to Aiko: Though your therapist, coach or counselor may seem to be using extreme measures in his application of this method, he is staying true to the spirit model to the extent that he's meeting you at the level of severity that your self-defeating behaviors have lead you. It's not something that I'd be interested in doing, by I do admire his perseverance and his desire to do whatever is necessary in order to help you.
I hope that all your good work brings you to a better place.
