Bookmarked both of them. Loved space stuff as a kid and getting more into it lately.
Where we just moved you can see the SpaceX rocket launches. I havent seen it yet but my wife and neighbor saw it driving home and it freaked them out it was that close. They didn't know what it was. Lol
Thanks to AL and everyone else pics I've gotten into birdwatching a bit here too.
Lots of woodpeckers here, cardinals, eastern bluebirds and owls I hear but have not seen yet.

Catching up after a couple days, thanks for all the cool pics.
AL, it's amazing the diversity of ecosystems we have here in the states. Especially here where I live ... just a half-day's drive takes me to snow-covered mountains, deserts (low desert or high desert), the coast for paddling/surfing, a major river delta with millions of migrating birds. I really am lucky.

Back to the water, the views from above and below. I've sore legs at the moment, muscular that is. Lots of walking going on and not enough resting, might take a nap today as im off. Probably wont as i always find something to do.
Its one of those days😬😡😬. Frustrating Frustration days when one person starts a conveyor belt of issues. This would be sorted if that person would pick up the phone. Then i think what if something bad has happened and thats why theres no answer. This job will be the end of me😭.
The imagination for crap stuff that 99% wont happen is amazingly strong and puts the stress levels on overdrive. That survival flight mode is being pushed back into a corner but all i want to do is walk away. Run actually as fast as i can out of this building and give it the 2 fingers but i cant😭.
I had no suspension today would be a pain when i took this photo this morning 😅.

It’s just a job aka someone else’s passive income is the way to think.
I choose to be a freelance contractor in a fairly famous but very ordinary engineering company who every few years get a new CEO with an ego the size of Jupiter who ends up downsizing. It must be nerve wracking for the staff, but it makes no difference to me. In the UK, employer loyalty doesn’t exist nor do company pensions, at least not viable ones. I can’t see the benefit of being a permanent employee. I’ll do the engineering fairly ok, but the politics and procedures I couldn’t care less about. It means I retain transferrable skills and don’t get stressed. It’s just a job. Oh, I do my own freelance teaching to kids too, and my whole mindset is reversed. That’s a far more worthwhile job.
Don’t let it get to you, AL 🙂

Sorry you had a frustrating day AL but glad you got out for a walk and it helped.
Your reflection made me think of one of my favourite Mark Twain quotes 'I've had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.'
But sometimes frustration builds up and we just need an outlet, so glad you have your walks and photography 😊.
Tomorrow is a new day. Heard a good analogy this morning about how we apparently wake up with however million new cells each day. And how we should not pass on yesterday's negativity to our new cells. You seem very good with that sort of thing! But we all have our days.
