Yo what's up guys!

Talk about spicy foods, I just made a gallon of BIR (British Indian Restraunt ) style curry base, takes all day but worth it!!! Forms the base of most curries (not kormas or coconut curries tho.)

Got the recipe if anyone wants a copy. Or the link?

Hope you're all well and keeping on keeping on - Just thought I'd check in. Have fun

Hi Caramel,

This is the link. It's beautiful curry base. I make vindaloo with it, You use it for any curry then add the specific ingredients for whatever curry your making eg Madras, Bhuna, Balti etc. Give it a go, healthy, yummy and so easy!!! Check out any curry on Al's curry website (you tube). The 5 spice Vindaloo is the best, I've had it 3 times in the last week!

Enjoy and have a great day caramel!!

Hi TB,

I'm a big believer in the "Governor" upstairs. I think he's pleased with me on day 86, so I'll have word in his shell like about hubby's op and ask for it to go well and a speedy recovery. My thoughts are with you and yours.

God bless x

Curry is good, in moderation lol.

Day 11 PAWS is kicking my butt this morning. Gout and everything else. Generally feel like poo. Guess this is pretty much standard procedure though.

Have a good day.

Good morning my friends. Hope all is well and strong. I finally got a good nights sleep. Got about 7.5 hours. I will be ready for anything today. Today is day 10 for me. Wow. I am so excited! I feel great. This was a long time coming. I have been eating healthy and exercising. I have been praying to God for years to help me find sobriety. And he did. Thank you God! Enjoy you day friends and stay strong.

Hi guys,

Khorey, I've suffered with gout and it's horrendous. I've spoken with women who've had it and said it was more painful than chilbirth!! I wouldn't know but gout is bad. Try black cherries, they're meant to be a natural remedy, or cider vinegar in water. Look them up on google. In my experience they certainly take the edge off.

Spice isn't meant to be good so careful if you make a gallon of the base curry!! Hope you feel better soon buddy
