Just back from the GP. She's going to refer me to rehab.

Got out for a run this morning which was nice but fell into depression after. Life seems hopeless right now.

Good day for me. Sun shone all day. Amazing how much more productive I am sober. Well it's not amazing as I know this from previous times. Friday night. No alcohol. Will wake up sat morning refreshed.

Hey all, on day 33 AF. Have a welcoming day off today. We are taking our son to the mountain 2marrow to go tubing with his boy scouts. Should be Nice family day, I'm excited. Feeling more settled today, the last couple of days not so much. Have a good sober Friday!

I kind of lose my mind a little in March: so many new shows get announced, or begin.
This year, it is just awesome fun. I have a MASSIVE list of recordings growing to watch when I have time.
Traces, Season 2 has started.....did you watch that last year? I love that one.

Oh!!! And for us Trekkies, Picard, Season 2, Episode 1 just dropped.....I am keeping that a secret from Nick for the moment.
We have a lovely new TV to set up, and I am planning on doing that Monday/ish. By that time, there will be two episodes of Picard for him to watch.

I didn't know either until I saw it on Amazon the week before last....we are up to episode 3 of most likely 6 at this stage.

Just after midnight. Day 5. Was very depressed yesterday but then my cat came up to sleep in my bed which cheered me up. Going back to sleep now with my cat next to my pillow.

End of Day 112 - If you guys remember my interviews last week of Jan for which I prepped up very well, I have an update!

The recruiter let me know that I am being moved forward to the next stage. Nothing is a guarantee yet, but atleast things are moving in the right direction.

Day 6. Slept 9 hours last night. Got a headache but it's not drink induced. I will walk it off. Also painting more today.
