Hello all
It’s March, does that mean Spring is coming?
Day 35 for me. The cold is lingering in the background but I’m very dosed up with vitamins. I’m on a massive health kick with my nutrition just now, so hoping to shake off the bugs quickly.
Congrats in those who conquered February and here’s to a sober March!

Things got a bit rough yesterday. But it's the first day of spring and the weather is beautiful. So that's good.
It looks like I'm going to rehab. I have an appt with my GP to refer me. It'll be the end of March at the earliest cause I have to get my second dose to be admitted. And I don't know how long the waiting list is. Hopefully I can get on the waiting list without having yet got my second jab.
It'll be a Catholic rehab so... :/. But I sort of have a God, they don't expect you to become a bible basher but there is lots of church and rosaries.
I'm excited about the future. Hopefully rehab is ok.

Hi everyone!
I'm going back and forth between this class and the Feb class for now, but March 2022 is my last class for good.
I'm done with drinking, so no more Day 1's no more wasting all of my days thinking about drinking, planning obsessing, recovering!
Ugh!
I'm feeling much better overall although I'm still dealing with some tiredness, dizziness, etc. I think it's my diet, and I imagine it's also a change for my body not to have to constantly deal with alcohol on a daily basis so I'm sure this will sort itself out soon.
I need to drink more water and eat more!

Hi RAL, I am so sorry your day was awful. s
Sending oodles of love. Hopefully a toasted cheese and tomato and a cup of tea will help a little. Or something like that. xxxxx ❤️

Thanks Suze It's pancake day here in the UK so had lots of pancakes and feel better. The healthy eating can wait. How are things with you? How's your course going? I hope you are enjoying the material
Thanks Anna
