End of Day 107 - a bit tired today and couldn't make it to the gym. Also raining non stop for the last 30+ hours here. Feel drowsy though it's only 8.50 pm.

Have a great sober day, all. Good night from Seattle.

Hello all
It’s March, does that mean Spring is coming?
Day 35 for me. The cold is lingering in the background but I’m very dosed up with vitamins. I’m on a massive health kick with my nutrition just now, so hoping to shake off the bugs quickly.

Congrats in those who conquered February and here’s to a sober March!
☕️💗

Morning all and happy March. Let's hope it is the start of brighter things all round.

Sue-I'm also starting with vits and better eating and more exercise.

Day 2 for me.

Hope everyone has a good day

Things got a bit rough yesterday. But it's the first day of spring and the weather is beautiful. So that's good.

It looks like I'm going to rehab. I have an appt with my GP to refer me. It'll be the end of March at the earliest cause I have to get my second dose to be admitted. And I don't know how long the waiting list is. Hopefully I can get on the waiting list without having yet got my second jab.

It'll be a Catholic rehab so... :/. But I sort of have a God, they don't expect you to become a bible basher but there is lots of church and rosaries.

I'm excited about the future. Hopefully rehab is ok.

This is great news FF, and I think a really smart one. Your unflinching courage in taking this on is so inspiring...what you've tried up to now has not worked so upping the level of support seems really sensible

I know. I'm nervous as hell about it though.

Hi everyone!
I'm going back and forth between this class and the Feb class for now, but March 2022 is my last class for good.

I'm done with drinking, so no more Day 1's no more wasting all of my days thinking about drinking, planning obsessing, recovering!
Ugh!
I'm feeling much better overall although I'm still dealing with some tiredness, dizziness, etc. I think it's my diet, and I imagine it's also a change for my body not to have to constantly deal with alcohol on a daily basis so I'm sure this will sort itself out soon.

I need to drink more water and eat more!

Hi RAL, I am so sorry your day was awful. s
Sending oodles of love. Hopefully a toasted cheese and tomato and a cup of tea will help a little. Or something like that. xxxxx ❤️

Hi all, joining... day 3. No more beer in the house and Hubby is on board. I have 2 weeks off of kids sports to focus on staying sober.

Good to see everyone.

Thanks Suze It's pancake day here in the UK so had lots of pancakes and feel better. The healthy eating can wait. How are things with you? How's your course going? I hope you are enjoying the material

Thanks Anna

Hi Citrus, welcome back and congrats on day 3

Oh yes, the pancakes. I forgot.
I am glad you feel better. s

The course is awesome. Material so far is grammar and it is ridiculously complicated, huge week this week.
