So weird I have been having crazy dreams too although I'd been putting them down to my cheese intake 🤣

My mum swore by the cheese gives you nightmares thing. But I Iooked it up years ago and it appears to be a myth. However, any food before going to sIeep is bad for us. Digestion and good sIeep do not go together.

Really? If I don't eat a snack of some sort about an hour before bed I have bad dreams. When I wake up at 2AM sometimes milk will help me go back to sleep. Maybe I'll try it your way and see what happens. If I have even ONE bad dream it's your fault, Venus.

My Mum always told me cheese would give me bad dreams too. But I eat cheese nearly every evening anyway lol. And I do have a lot of crazy dreams actually.... Last night I was dragging all sorts of crazy baggage through an airport, and kept getting lost. Then I lost some of my bags and had to go looking for them but got lost again. And I was running late. Oh well, thankfully it was all mumbo jumbo and not real.
You’re right Be, our brains do weird things when we’re sleeping

According to Google cheese is difficult to digest so essentially it keeps you slightly awake while it is happening and in REM sleep so you're more likely to remember your dreams

Ahhh, that would explain why I don’t sleep that well and I remember so many of my dreams. Mum was right. But I still love cheese as an evening snack.... it’s hard to resist, yum!

I go through stages with dreams. Again last night lots, but I don't remember then. Generally I quite enjoy them...

The night before last i dreamt I was in a hotel with school friends and my mate was barkeeper and they were all drinking but I wasn't, but was obsessing (in the dream) about this one particular drink. Then my brother got really drunk and I stayed sober, but the next day we were at our old childhood home
and I was begging him to come out drinking with me but he was too hungover.

Brain processing stuff, I just don't know what it's processing at times

It's funny what pops up in dreams, earlier on I had a lot of the dreamt I'd drank dreams in the unlikeliest of places with the least likely people 🤔
Now it's just a weird mishmash of everything and I'm generally left thinking WTF? Excuse my French
Ooh forgot to say also had a lily plant waiting for me when I got home yesterday which had been sent by my close friend at work for my one year 🥰 I am so lucky

Have a great day everyone
Love Billy x

Never mind Dee, we all have our crosses to bare... 😉

Awake really early having fallen asleep really early. I don't mind, got 7 hours sleep (9:20-4:20) and although I'd like my sleep pattern to be set slightly further back it doesn't bother me. I get quite a lot done before 7am which helps with balancing work and kids 👍

Hi everyone

Suze I hope you can find some peace. I agree with you, I think my dreams are mostly my subconscious thoughts and fears coming out in the night. Sometimes they come in really weird ways though! I had lots of intermittent confusing dreams last night again, it’s pretty common for me too. I think my brain is trying to make sense of everything that’s going on around me and this week has been busy, with some extra concerns thrown in. Nothing major, just things about the future that need decisions to be made, and I always seem to dream about stuff that has been bugging me, even though it comes out in weird warped kind of ways sometimes.

I hope you all have a good day

I'm not sure I could make such a a big move...well maybe if the motivation was enough I could. But fair play to you Venus, brave is the word!

Normal day, cooked a beef curry last night and so had leftovers in a sandwich for lunch today. Gorgeous 😁
