Awake again at 3 am - way too early to wake up and will probably be exhausted by late afternoon which has led me to chose to drink in the past. Will be sure to check in again this afternoon to help keep me on the sober path as today is the anniversary of the death of someone most important to me. Its been over 15 years since he died and time has soothed much of the pain of loss but still its a sadness. In the meantime, another 24 for me please
Feel better love.....we will keep your seat warm. ♥♥
Awwww - I feel so bad for you and know exactly how you're feeling. I too relapsed for 3 days after 112 days. I felt HORRIBLE and was depressed for days. I'm on Day 34 now, but the memory is still with me and serves to reinforce continued sobriety. ((HUGS)) .
