You've got this Pinky! The key for me early on was having my day planned out, even if part of that plan was curling up with a good book, or Binge watching a Netflix series. Check in if you're struggling.

6:21 am in Caliornia and checking in for another 24. I have two weeks left of work and then get about three and a half weeks vactaion, so looking forward to that.

I have my heart procedure on the 29th, and a few days rest should be all I need to be able to enjoy that time off. I have one day between work and surgery, so that will be a good little mental break.

Congrats Milestoners!!! I hope everyone is having a great day!!!

Thanks Dee, Kris and Leigh. What a lovely, beautiful song. I definitely think you could replace sobriety with love in the verses, although it might not flow as well syllabically! (I know that's probably not a word)

Today was another nightmare. Such a new and very deep appreciation for teachers. They're the real MVP's. It's amazing how one disruptive, violent child can change the day. 21 campers today 6am to 7pm and my co-worker wants my calendar of planned activities for the rest of camp. I'm exhausted tonight and can't even brain Excel right now, so it will have to wait. I look forward to getting to spend more time on here very soon. I miss following everyone's journeys. You miss out on alot of inspiration when you're only checking in for 24! Much love <3

Try a little mindfulness. Simply breathing in and out slowly for a minute can calm you down. Breathe in the sights and sounds of nature. Think only of yourself if even only for a few minutes. Make that time yours.
