Very nice picture Venus, Springtime is GREAT!
It snowed a few days ago, was almost 80 degrees F yesterday and will be below freezing again this weekend but I already had to mow the yard for the first time this year. That part of Spring and Summer I could do without.
Congrats to ALL OF US! We are in this TOGETHER!

I have been obsessed win podcasts for the last two years and yet somehow didn’t even think about finding one for binge eating! Well low and behold I found one based on the last book I read on the subject which was 6 years ago. It’s called “Brain Over Binge “and I love it already! Really simplifies it to a brain issue rather than one of emotional problems or core personality problems. Basically it focuses on resisting the urge to binge. Without the urge, there is no binging. The more we resist the urge, the weaker it will get. Kind of reminds me of something! Alcohol cravings. Anyway just wanted to share. Soberiesta, maybe you will like it as well!
Had a great workout this morning, dropped the kiddos off and now I’m heading back from Home Depot to start sanding the patio walls and screen frames. It will be fun! I love these home projects.
