Good Morning Everyone. 24 more sober hours for me please. I will not drink today.

Congratulations to the milestoners and to all those committing to 24 hours of sobriety.

Wishing everyone a happy sober Thursday. Prayers for all those sick and/or struggling.

Best of it, 1new.

I've had them done. I know for me it was drinking that messed up my sleep/ awake cycles. I get by on very little sleep. Trying to change that, too. 2-3 hours a night tuckers me out early on.
