Fighting off wine and cheese and sugar urges the past two hours so I just gave into the cheese and sugar cravings with a cheese sandwich and for dessert several delicious lavender shortcake cookies and some truly decadent Haagen Daz ice cream. Feel a little sick but I didn't drink.

You go darling lyddie.....I am sorry tonight was tough. But that is such a win......now listen to Auntie Suze and boil the kettle.....a couple of cups of hot water will settle your tummy. And it feels so good.....I do this every night. I will join you in fact....

Sunflowerlife my love....same...the hot water will help your tummy and your whole system get rid of the stuff you don't want.

I'm checking in for my next 24. Speaking of 24 ....... my BIL marks his 24th Sober Birthday today. My sweet Ken went to his oldest brother's meeting to help give him his cake!

Ready to commit Day 1

Morning everyone. It's 7 am in my country and I would like to commit to the first 24 hours of sobriety in a while. I have struggled with alcohol for a while. I have even been on this forum before but I relapsed and didn't come back. I am ready to start again and I know this group did wonders last time I stayed sober for 60 days. So with that said,

Here's to a sober 24 hours.
