Okay it's official. Body Combat is a bit much for this 46 year old ex smoker recovering alcoholic chubby lady!
My face resembles a beef tomato and I can't even muster the energy for a shower!
Oh well I had a go and that's pretty good. Herbal tea and my Harlan Coben paperback now. Oh sobriety is just wonderful. This is a life I never thought I'd have. Thank you all for everything you do ❤❤❤

Ooh magnificent effort Suze!
I found a magical second hand book store in Scarborough at the weekend. Packed with great stuff and really cheap too! I'm trying to read more when the bf is on nights. Helps me sleep better too so win win!

Goodnight sober friends. Feeling a bit run down from a day that left very little time for rest. I feel like the days are moving much faster and yet I am not accomplishing anything. Just not happy with myself and all the self medicating through food. I Am obviously not happy or fulfilled but why can’t I be?
