Just so glad you are here this morning.
You dumped the beer.....that is kind of awesome. Even once you started, you had the strength to stop. For us, that is a huge win.
Try not to be too mad at yourself.....you know what a strong trigger the lovely weather is now. It's hard for lots of us I think.....new habits....make a pitcher of something cool and refreshing next time you are going to do yardwork....as PJ reminded me last night, the T in HALT stands for Thirsty as well as Tired.
We need to look after ourselves.
