Hey....I don't want to eat them...blame Bobbie and National Cheese Doodle day or whatever....I'm a neat freak....I was more worried about the cheese all over everything than what the hell they were.....

Howz this..(Suze will recognise this next bit) a VERY popular Aussie beer that states a hard earned thirt needs a hard earned beer, has been on every ad break in a popular movie on tele, they show men and women in a variety of jobs- finishing a night long work session, and drinking beer at day break.

This has fired me up- I am gonna write to someone tomorrow who may listen...Ciggies are banned from advertising, Gambling ads at least come with a 'gamble responsibly' and a help line phone number...booze does not warn of health hazards. They should. Just finished another arty thing..a bit grim, but it is appropriate.

I'm going to look at the ad PJ.....

Yes, I hear you....that is annoying. And the only warning is at the end and says for people over the age of 18. I am with you love....I would get on board and add my name to that letter....thinking that there is way too much money from the alcohol industry.....time they listened.

Gosh I'm in a crappy mood. So so cold.
I'll survive.

Well the scale on introversion/extroversion runs from 0% to 100%. If you’re 51% introvert...you’re considered “I” but not by much. You can be a little bit of both.

Also, introversion isn’t the same as being social It’s whether you gain energy by being alone or being with people. I think Apple said this. Even strong introverts can be very social butterflies but they tend to tire at parties after a while. They also don’t usually like idle chit chat. If you get an introvert talking about something meaningful to them...they can talk your ear off.

Now, if you’re 100% introvert like me...we plan our escape moments after we get to the party. My husband and I have a code word and when it’s mixed in the conversation....it means get me outta here because I’m exhausted.

I got about an hour of conversation in me without alcohol, and I can’t wait to leave. This may be more than introversion...lol!

My problems with alcohol do intertwine with social anxiety. If you met me though, it would not show right away. Introverts can put up a great front.

Gotta go back to work. Peace,
I really relate to this Lillian! If you met me you would think I was a huge extrovert! I’m very social. But that’s where the “cameleon/actress” part comes in. I was taught at a very young age to “act a certain way”. I was taught that it wasn’t ok to be myself. People are shocked when I say I’m an introvert! Like Apple, I’m an extroverted introvert! I love my alone time but not too much of it. I hate crowds & huge parties etc. I would rather have a small intimate gathering. I definitely have social anxiety with people I don’t know well but you’d never know it by looking at me. I’m weird I guess. Lol.

You too sweetie.....and have a great meeting.

I love the grammies as well....my Oscar watching consisted of fast forwarding the entire thing after the opening monologue....I really only wanted to see Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway.

Hey everyone!

We had a nice weekend....our week begins on Tuesday. My neighbor got married. That was a lot of fun and yesterday we just hung out and grilled burgers for dinner and played outside with all neighbors and a few kids that came in for the wedding. Back to th grind today.

I’ll have to catch up on posts over the weekend. Have a great day everyone!

And I think I want to get married again....we are going to actually. I only had one SR friend there.....mind you, that sounds awful.....I am so so so glad she was there....I want more of you to be there but even if not I want to do it again wearing what I want in front of who I want...you know? And not nervous and crazy from bridal stress....Nick suggested we do it again Sept 24 this year, but it's a Monday.....sigh.....I don't know.

Evening class,

Long day but home and sober so it's a win all around.

PJ - it wans't that many years ago that all alcohol advertising was banned here. It has changed now but I agree that it should come with the same types of warning labels that cigarettes do.

Bobbie - I may need a dentist if I eat a few of the things on today's list

BBG - how are you??

Well I am off. It's tea time and then bedtime.

Sweet dreams

I think the ads on tele should have at least a helpline. To glamorise booze being consumed at dawn..is a bit much.
