Well done abcowboy!

I am in for 24.

Didn't sleep so well. Still trying to puzzle out which foods are causing me trouble and messing up my slumber. Looks like bread....... Anyway, why am I telling you all that!?

Time for a shower and some coffee, then onwards to meet the day.

Morning friends- 6:38 am here in Maryland and it's time for me to do some self care this morning. I want to get some reiki/meditation in before the boys wake up.
I plan to have a beautiful day- I just bought a marriage workshop online- I feel like I need to give this one more try before walking away and it's something I can do on my own, without him knowing. If it doesn't work or if I am not able or willing to do it, that will tell me all I need to know. I feel like I gave up long time ago, and that's the main issue. Maybe I just need another approach.

24. Just 3 hours of sleep. Just a nightmarish wide-awake night. Ugh, but I can power through this! I might want to tackle the ‘busywork’ only today. That time change gets to a lot of people.. I will clean my desk and virtual folders and every other mindless task . Tomorrow will be better.

If you love bread try eating only that which has only 1 gm of sugar. If that is the culprit that should help. No food at least 2-3 hours before bedtime. The "insomniac" expert here. lol.
