It's 7:20 on a chilly Monday morning and I'm ALL in for 24 hours of freedom.

Exercise definitely helps my anxiety and going into these darker winter months, it's even more important to do something every day.

I have found it difficult to even think about walking in the cold, but I'm going to....exercise is absolutely essential for me ~ for body, mind and soul. And Mark has always been my inspiration....I want to be even a quarter as fit as you are Mark. And I will. And I can.

I have one.....and you wouldn't believe where I heard it: Cortana. Yes, really. She pipes up at all times for no reason....we will be in the middle of something and all of a sudden I hear "boop", and my computer has interrupted our music to ask me how she can help me today? Go away please, is usually my response.
Yesterday, when she popped up, I asked her to tell me a joke.
