You still getting your workouts in Neo? Personally speaking, it's one of the best anxiety management tools I've found. And the physical results are an added bonus!

I am mate just not the gym doing a good amount of swimming 3 days a week and steam room so that is good for me at the moment

My friend is selling a TV for £50

60inch, 4k flatscreen. The volume buttons broke, but at that price, you can't turn it down

Hi all! I seriously considered creeping back into bed this morning after dropping the girls off. Still fighting this cold which is very draining and got another irritating "lady" problem which I'll just leave there for the other gals to wince about....

But after a little 20 minute rest I got back to it and have done a pretty decent days work. Just waiting for boss man to call to discuss. I don't like that my worst day of the week is a Monday, it means I work hard to prevent that Sunday gloom which if not addressed can spoil part of the weekend. You know the one.....
Anyhoo, seems like I've just about scraped through another Monday and I'll try and get some nice food in for later. My eldest has her mock GCSE's very soon so I'm trying to encourage healthy and productive habits so she has no excuse not to study!
