Joand- sooo good you can see the 'now' and tomorrow as being far more important than living in the past. I wish this statement was as easy to apply as it is to write. Yes- acceptance and the biggie- forgiving one's self is crucial and central to rebuilding a life in the wake of a destructive past. Prayers (whatever that means) to you.

Nick and I are treating ourselves to awesome burgers ~ turkey, brioche buns, loads of alfalfa and spinach and mushrooms and other greens and tomato....just yum. And a movie....there are so so many he hasn't seen.....Shawshank Redemption, Usual Suspects.....where do I begin?

Sure he would/could say the same with me re death metal....where does he begin? Or continue without me running screaming from the house? Ha......
