Checking in from the weekend. Had a great time with my kiddo, it was actually pleasant outside for a November Day. Got some bike riding in. Settling into bed. Hope everyone had a happy and healthy weekend.

We're heading into Thanksgiving Week with high temps expected. You guys know I'm so done with the hot weather. I grew up in this Valley, am now 60 and we have absolute gotten LOTS warmer!

Hey ya'll!
It's 9:53 pm in Minnesota, USA. I remained sober all weekend and looking forward to remaining sober tomorrow as well!
I thought taking my 2.5 year old ice skating would be fun on Saturday, it turned into a long event to going to 3 different places, paying high rates for parking and coffee just to use a bathroom. Needless to say, he made it on the ice for 2 minutes, I didn't drink and my step son had a good time and I got more time with him, the past 10 years with him haven't been the best, so being sober and making up for my absence filled my heart.

I just love the blessings of sobriety; watching them unfold in our lives is such a wonderful experience, isn't it!!!!

It has been a wonderful Sunday, and after a few hours of work tomorrow I am off the remainder of the week. I also have the option of working from home in the morning, which I think I may do!!
