Hi guys! Checking in before I take a little nap. I had to get up very early for my son's track meet & stayed up late watching basketball so I'm sleepy! The weather is cold and rainy here today. Gross! Thank goodness for heating blankets! Ha.

Nothing new to report. I'm just trying to stay sober 1 minute at a time. It's hard sometimes but I need to keep trudging forward. Love you all!

Happy April Fools day!! I woke up to vasaline on door knobs, food dye on the rim of the bathroom faucet (washed my hands in blue water), a plate of Oreos with toothpaste in the middle, and a dime taped to the kitchen sink faucet (don't need a shower anymore!!). DD got a kick out me falling for them....some I genuinely fell for. 6 years ago my friend had twins on April Fools day. Didn't find out she was having twins until 1/2 way through the pregnancy, too. Now THAT'S a cool April Fools day. Enjoy the sun for those who have it. It's going to be an outside day today.

Holy crap I'm such a scatterbrain....rushed out of work for an appointment to get the oil changed on my car.....luckily I had the coupon in the glove box 'cause I left my purse at work....told the guy I hope nothing else needs to be done 'cause I don't have any way to pay for it! Good thing they have coffee here in the lobby!!!

Checking in this afternoon. Just had my first iced tea of the season...I am officially declaring it spring!! The sun is shining, its mild...just awesome. PJ - the tea is called Caribbean Crush and it's delicious.

Had a pretty productive day - groceries, laundry...and now just looking forward to a quiet night in. I have to work tomorrow so gotta be in bed early.

Well we are having Big Mac Salad for dinner tonight so I'm off to start that.

I'm waiting on my neighbor to stop by and give me a quote for painting and to get on his calendar. The house is a mess, so I'm a little embarrassed to have him over, but whatever. At least the kitchen is cleaned up.

Well I got the oil change done....funny too 'cause it's the first time they haven't tried to get me to have additional work done.....could it be because they knew I didn't have my wallet? I should forget my purse more often!

Went back to the gym and attempted the on-demand step class that I tried before. It's cool 'cause there's a touch screen and you can pick out the class you want to take as long as the studio is not being used. So I did a lot better than last time, I think.....

Sorry I'm still a little wound up so I may be torturing you with more music.....you have been warned!

A while back we were talking about cover songs.....this is one of my favorites: Godsmack video covering "Rocky Mountain Way" ~ Just fyi they're working on a new album due in 2018.....I vote a reunion at one of their tour dates....I'm tellin' ya! You gotta see them live in concert at least once!
