But what concerns me the most is your flippant attitude about it. You say you 'know' you should tweak your plan and you 'know' you should dump it out but you're not going to.
It doesn't sound like you think you have a problem, and it doesn't sound like you want to quit drinking. Only you know the answer to that.
I'm not trying to be mean, Js. You know how much I care about you and everyone in this class, but I can't in good conscience just pat you on the back and say it's all gonna be okay tomorrow. What kind of friend would I be to sit back and watch someone I care about potentially kill themselves?
This isn't a joke. This is serious sh*t!
We've lost careers, relationships, freedom, health, and loved ones to this poison.
I hope you see the seriousness of the path your choosing before something really bad happens in your life. I want the best for you, sweetie.

Js, i have to agree with Brynn here. Your seemingly lack of remorse is very worrying. What I don't understand is you attempted to post in advance of any urging to pour out the rest or to even tweak your plan... As if you've already made up your mind to drink and there was no going back. This was your choice.

omg I'm up way too late. My sponsor told me that she started her fourth step by writing her life story down so that's what I'm doing. I've written 5 pages and I'm only up to age 7! lol. I'm just writing down anything I can remember.

Great job on your writing so far Erin! I find writing to be a helpful exercise in general in order to relieve some of the pent up pressure in my mind. It's busy up in there!

I am on my way to Colorado. My DH is a contractor/teacher so we travel coast to coast so you never know where I am but today is a travel day. HUGS

I do think your plan needs a little tweaking sure - especially when it comes to winding down from work...but I'm sure you can find healthier positive ways
