Try to think of it this way Copper - first we drink...then we get hammered with anxiety...

I know your brain is screaming for the 'solution' but if you drink again, it means a bigger and bigger anxiety hit in future.

The way out of this merry go round is to not drink - trust me.

Do you have exercises you can do to help then anxiety?
