Class of December 2014 Part 6
Okay, I told myself I was not going to whine and cry to everyone as I again go through the roller coaster ride of the first few weeks, but I have just been blind-sided by a full blown anxiety attack. Out of nowhere. I'm completely terror stricken and I seriously cannot pinpoint why this is. The urge to drink and use are present.
I'll get over it. Just for the sake of accountability and to take up some time to maybe calm down, I'm posting.

I know your brain is screaming for the 'solution' but if you drink again, it means a bigger and bigger anxiety hit in future.
The way out of this merry go round is to not drink - trust me.
Do you have exercises you can do to help then anxiety?
