Class of May 2014 Part 2
Don't feel ashamed NTS. I think it's good to talk about it and shine a light on our inner demons.
It's very common for our inner addict to manifest itself in different ways.
Just like you stay strong and don;t give in to your cravings for alcohol, so it is with pills...play the tape through.
Think about who you want to be

So I took my family out to eat today at buffalo wild wings.. I didn't think I'd be tempted by the alcohol at all, but it was all over the menu and I was thinking "everyone orders a drink with their meal, why shouldn't I?".. thank goodness I prevailed. Day 14 is a wrap!
Anewpage I share the one week milestone with you. Congratulations! Congratulations to all the other milestones too. They are significant for sure.
Today was a little rough with anxiety. I didn't do much except try to read about what I'm going through. I'm going to try to do some yoga. I didn't sleep last night so the tiredness is surely adding to it. Tonight I'll get sleep I'm willing to bet.
