Our sobriety is ours now. No one can take it from us, or cause us to go back to that self-imposed, slow, death from hell. Only we have the power, to throw it away, or keep it. I was powerless to escape when I drank, and now I'm completely in control. Because I am not deprived of something good from alcohol, I am simply no longer deprived of living free and well again.

Ok gang have been struggling with booze cravings for the last week so have decided to come back to the fold...
I have been sober and cigarette free from the dates in my signature but have just been struggling with both lately..
I'm putting this down to being tired as I work in excess of 80 hours a week sometimes more and I work 4 nights and 2 day shifts so can't establish a regular sleep pattern...When working nights I only sleep for 4 hours a day as I try to spend time with my 3 kids....When working days I sleep for 6 hours a night so get a little more then even so I know I ain't getting enough sleep...
Despite my hectic workload I have still been managing to work out 3 times a week and anyone who knows me from the undie thread knows that I try to eat at least 4000 calories a day in an attempt to get as big as possible as when I was drinking I was severely underweight and since quitting I have easily piled on a good 50lbs in weight...
So the idea is to post here as often as possible as I could really do with the support and in turn I will offer my support to you guy's....I'll also give you full details of my daily/nightly menu and also little snippets of my training diary...

Yesterday I had the migraine from hell..... Today has been a gorgeous, peaceful, healthy day. Feeling grateful.
