This Friday I have part 1 of a job competition. I have a physical test (run, pushups, etc) in the morning, and a written aptitude test in the afternoon.

you certainly put the effort in Ro, so I guess whatever happens, will have to be accepted as God's will. Nice to be able to take a challenge . none of it would be happening if you were active. you deserve clap on the back for following through.

Hi everybody

Louis, I see you know what needs to be done, and like your mum said, DO IT!!! And we have talked about the gambling, it is a no no, like someone above said, it will lead back to your other addictions, you know that I just had to use it now that you are feeling better I used restraint of keyboard and smileys earlier. Louis way just like Donnas way just doesn't do it. You have so much support here on this thread, we all do, but unless we take the action and suggestions, all these words are useless. I posted a thread A Bad day is just A bad day, did you read it? Its about how a bad day is just that, its not a bad life.

Hi Anon, did you enjoy your day?

Hi Nels (I don't have anymore smileys, crying)

Ro you sound ready, you will kick ass and you won't be alone, we will all be behind you cheering you on. Bravo my friend, bravo.

Popping on to say before trying to catch up with today's conversation!

Having a glass of clamato juice with a lot of horseradish and tabasco. Spicy!

Woke up very tired and dreading the day, but it turned out OK. Have a lot of loose threads right now in my life and need to take the time to try tying a few together...

Be right back after I do some reading.

Bee.... Um. I know this may sound like a stupid question and/or it's probably been asked before but what's a gobshite? lol Hope you're having a good day.

(((Stoney))) Sleep and food. Funny how those two things can make us feel better sometimes.

Ro -- is the job competition for fun or for a promotion? All those runs you've been taking lately certainly won't hurt! I keep telling myself to go back to spinning. LOVED doing that, but starting again's the tough part.

Parent -- A woman I know makes chocolate covered pretzels. She then puts them in really cute paper bags tied with pretty ribbon and they sell VERY well. She gets tons of orders and now has established customers, regulars who keep coming back for more. Maybe you can even dip some in mint flavored chocolate? I can cook just about ANYTHING but baking and making sweet stuff is so out of my realm.

Nels -- want to come to my house? (This is what you'd look like if you did!!!)

Louis -- glad you shared. I like the problem and solution parts of your post and that you're thinking things through. I ended up doing just that yesterday and I'm so thankful I actually listened. Being tired always messes me up. Hope you can catch up on some sleep!

Sher -- Thanks for the "Interludes" and for the photo. Both put me in a better place.

Still morning there, Anono? Still doing your chores?

HOS -- Nice to meet another Liz!
