It is going to be freakin' SUMMER here today! Boo!! High in the 90s. Heat index in the 100's and humidity in the 90s. But the humidity is great for the skin!

I'm off to class. I hope all of you LISers have a groovy day.

The word fag here in the US is a negative slang for someone who is gay. Just thought I'd post that, kinda like the other word I kept using that meant something very different and got us in a heap of trouble last time.

Put some Vicks Vaporub under your nose and Visine in your eyes. lol. Makes me think of someone elses house. Good Lord.

Hey y'all. It's dreary here yet again. I swear that if the sun doesn't show it's face soon I'm gonna go insane. LOL Just kidding. I've been terribly busy being the single dad that I am. Sat in the rain for over an hour yesterday while poor Sarah had to play a game. At least I had an umbrella. And of course it was cold.

Ro the cookies and banana bread is gone so you're outta luck. I waited as long as I could for ya. Sorry.

'Nother day with the kiddies then it's back to just me. Aahh peace and quiet once again instead of schedules and driving and meals and blah, blah, blah.

I do hope y'all are well. ~Hugs to the ladies~ Nods to the gents.

Oh and Nellie, I thought it funny you folks use the term puff. We used to and may still have a scrubbing sponge here in the US with the name of Buff Puff. Just kinda funny is all.

Alrighty then, take care.

ha ha, those were my daughters favorite games, playing in the rain and mud. I dreaded those games, but she loved them.

Have a good day all.

we must not take ourselves so serious Bee after all words change their meaning...for example look what a vision for you says.....

One dismal afternoon he paced a hotel lobby wondering how his bill was to be paid. At one end of the room stood a glass covered directory of local churches. Down the lobby a door opened into an attractive bar. He could see the gay crowd inside. In there he would find companionship and release. Unless he took some drinks, he might not have the courage to scrape an acquaintance and would have a lonely weekend.
Hiya ken...enjoy that peace and quiet!! Im painting!!

How do you remember all these things Nel? You know exactly where to find things in the big book.

Yeah today I seem to be taking everything too serious, not a good idea. Its one of those days that something could be said that normally I would let roll off but taking to heart. I don't like these kinda days. Going to try and start it over because it did start out on a good note but changed and I allowed it to stay where it is. But now typing this I realize not a good place for me, so going to hit my knees in the ladies room here at work and pray for a do over.
