I'm not having a good time right now; I'm stressed and am looking for an instant feel good factor. But there isn't one.
Money concerns, visiting Family of origin this week (second time in 12 days but last one before Christmas), hormones, fear, panic and insecurities!!!! So glad I have a program but right now it's yuk yuk, yuk.
I know I'm not the only one who gets stressed this time of the year. Today is just a bad day and I need to get that into perspective.

Yesterday was so weird. And wanted to drink all day - not just drink, get drunk. I didn't, of course, but it's irritating how relentless this disease is. I was here most of the day and also spent time with my dogs, they always soothe me. Just glad I'm not where I was one year ago! Glad I'm sober and glad I want to stay that way, and glad I have this safe place to come to.:ghug
