I see that demon alcohol has been messing with a lot of people besides me lately. Sick of these urges to get smashed. Now this morning I woke up too early and felt horrible - a headache and my legs feel like they've just come back from a hundred mile run. Glad I can come here and 'dump' my load of worry. I need the support, like so many of us, it seems. Glad I'm not alone.:ghug

Putting up Xmas decorations and just started crying for no reason. I think I miss Xmas from years past when I was still married and the kids were little and we had money for presents. I'm sure this feeling will pass...just took me by surprise.

yuck...about a foot of snow and haven't heard a snow plow yet....

I hate having to start the car 1/2 hour before work...but at least it's snow so it will brush right off and not that icky icy stuff

I have felt tearful and thought I was going to cry for no reason at all. In my case it's hormones, money stuff like a lot of us (didn't have that last year) as well as this time of year.

Sorry everyone seems to be suffering through the SOB's (Season Of Blahs). My cellulitis has been acting up, and the legs are swollen and painful...I should be spending more time in bed elevating them. But, I had 15 small gifts to wrap for the aides and a few friends here. Now, my shoulder is hurting from all the stretching!

But, I promised I was going to try not to whine during the holidays...so, just forget I said all of that. Anyway, this was such a cute Whine-O-Mite, I wanted to share it with you.

For me..the what could have been's..if I had taken a stand..if he would have changed,

if I hadn't become alcoholic..on and on. So many things I missed out on..and my

kids. But if we are clean and sober..today..it is okay..today.
