Fearless what an awesome post. Loved hearing how empowered you are in helping your son develop positively in spite of challenges.
Grateful for my cats, locked in a stare down as they crouch down before they chase each other around the room.
Grateful I rode my bike to get dinner instead of getting in the car last night. Of course the place was closed so I turned around and went right back home but the evening air was lovely.
Grateful to be up early for a bit of yoga before the dentist.
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for buttered noodles. Not the healthiest dinner on the planet but was sure good.
Grateful for this site and this page in particular.

Grateful that upon sadly closing a couple of metaphorical doors, another one (re)opened for me here on SR.
Grateful that I can be a positive influence to my family, after being absent on "active drinking duty" for so many years.

HBD Aly!! I think it was yesterday but I’m perpetually confused by the time stamps here and too lazy to read the helpful instructions that are surely in one of the stickies
Grateful I was able to meet some work friends for drinks and food last night. The weather was nice enough to be outside, the mocktails were lovely, and later that night there was a sweet group text about loving our work family.
Grateful to be going on a date night tonight since we are kid free.
Grateful to be inching toward some clarity and peace about a difficult situation at work.
Grateful there are really short workouts out there for free on YouTube.
Grateful for having eaten buttered noodles for 3 nights in a row as my dinner.
Grateful you can order shoes in the mail.
Grateful to be here with all of you.

Grateful to have lost 1.5 lbs this week, at least it's going in the right direction now.
