Fearless agree with Hevyn that your post did a very good job articulating a cluster of feelings I share as well sometimes.
Grateful for the tenacity of spring regrowth. Green issuing forth from dead looking brown limbs or from the ground for the things that froze.
Grateful to have a life that is comfortable enough I can think about things like possibly planting some non-native milkweed because native won’t grow in time to accommodate an early migration of the monarchs.
Grateful for my favorite local businesses. The bakery, the taco shop, the New Orleans Style snowball place. I don’t even like the snowballs myself (they are basically snow cones and very sweet) but my kids love them and it is a sure sign of warm weather that I saw a line wrapping around the place yesterday. Families, dogs, a group of firemen. It’s a perfect little snapshot of warm weather in my town.
Grateful for our well made fireplace. Not that we will ever really use it but I think about all the stones and the work that went into making the giant hearth and the floor to ceiling chimney (we have high ceilings in that room) and I’m just glad that for all the craftsmanship that went into it and the rock work on our home some fifty four years ago.
Grateful for the figurative warmth in this place. You all inspire me and improve my view on life.

Grateful for Netflix, which makes laundry fun (ish).

Grateful that indeed today is a new day (though yesterday wasn’t so bad after the morning passed along with my sad mood)
Grateful that I no longer get defensive when I make a mistake at work. Finding it’s better to own it and learn from it. When the right people are involved, they will not make a big deal about it. This attitude and taking responsibility has improved my relationships as well.
Grateful for Game of Thrones. The thought provoking dialogue is out of this world!
Grateful to enjoy a night out last night, a salad with an interesting combination of ingredients like mandarin and jalapeño with goat cheese, and an after dinner cappuccino with my sober friend. I’m pretty sure they forgot I asked for decaf, which is why I was up so late
Grateful to have slept in
Grateful for my special morning coffee
Grateful my husband is preparing breakfast
Grateful to have no big plans this weekend and plan to work on a new art project
So much to be grateful for!

Grateful the snow has stopped - surely that will be it for this winter!
Grateful I am so much calmer & more reasonable when sober.
Grateful to see the birds back at the feeders after the storm. Even the pesky squirrels.
Grateful to go back to sleep after waking up at 3am with negative thoughts. I chased them away.
Grateful for YOU.

Grateful to be sober.
Grateful that for all the turbulence at work, an unexpected outcome will be a small windfall in my pay cheque/check* at the end of the month.
Just filling out a health form for my dentist and grateful and proud to put "units of alcohol per week - 0".

* depends where you live on the spelling!

Clickonright, I had that very same thought at the Dentist's on Thursday, but forget to mention it here. It was such a good feeling to write 0 alcohol. Thank you for reminding me.

F.B.L I'm glad your eyesight is improving.

Grateful to be up hangover and guilt free.
Grateful not to be drinking the dregs of any wine bottles.
Grateful to go out last night to a night of spiritualism, it was different, not sure if it's 'me' but it was a change.
Grateful for a text message off my g.son.
Grateful to post here almost every morning, it's my favourite start to the day and keeps me grounded.
Grateful to read your posts.
Grateful to you all for your kindness and support. xx
