Grateful for a trip to 'town' today. Might go wild in the resale shop.

Grateful to listen to my body for the first time in forever. Yes, it has meant the first day off sick in years, but it's absolutely the right thing to do, mentally and physically.

Grateful to catch up with all of you. Realized I have t been here in a couple days. At least not to the grat thread. Spent some time on the main forum. Sometimes those posts get me lost in thought and reflection
Grateful it’s Friday!
Grateful to have gotten over a silly argument with my husband
Grateful to have some of my work load transferred to a collegeau
Grateful to tidy up the yard to prepare for outdoor enjoyment
Grateful for my loving cats

Grateful to be sober, hangover and guilt free this morning.
Grateful that I was sober last night, my little g.son was poorly most of the night and I'm running on less than 4 hours sleep.
Grateful Rusty takes a monthly meeting at a re-hab centre, I think that's great.
Grateful Aly's mum got her licence back.
Grateful to see some photo's of my g.son that I hadn't seen before.
Grateful that I'm warm and dry indoors, we've had torrential rain all night and it's still going strong.
Grateful for this thread.

Grateful to be shedding some weight during the process, my body is becoming happier! Sobriety is the one thing I have to accomplish every day no matter what I eat, but not taking in 2000 cal of vodka is having an effect.

Grateful FBL is doing better
Lascaux, that’s great! I lost 20 lbs after I stopped drinking. The first 10 came off from making only one change - not drinking!
Grateful that I no longer have weekend hangovers and for the wonderful positive and energetic feeling I have when waking up
Grateful for 7.5 hours of sleep! Rare for me
Grateful I will be getting out for a run in time to watch the sunrise.

Echo the prayers for New Zealand.
Grateful I am trying to raise children who love others even if different from us.
Grateful we made it through a ten-hour car trip with two kids who were wholly unimpressed with the idea and got here safe.
Grateful to be identifying that my family is kind of a trigger, though I’m still not exactly sure what to do with it.
Grateful my husband and i both slept in until almost 8!
Grateful to go to one of my parents’ restaurants with them and have a nice big breakfast, see their staff, and meet some of the regulars. They have a monthly drawing for a prize for kids who color in the artwork pages they leave out. My daughter hilariously tried to write that she was the owners’ granddaughhter on her page to increase her chance of winning

Grateful to be here, rolling through late given my leisurely a.m. pace!
