Grateful to be facing another sober day.
Grateful to have done the school run safely.
Grateful to have given my mum a lift into town.
Grateful to have lost 1.5 lbs this week, at least it's going in the right direction now.
Grateful for a visit to my dentist ( honestly I am).
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for time to post.
