Grateful to be relaxing in a warm mountain condo by a fire with a chai latte, surrounded by snow topped trees and ski runs
Grateful my son is excited to ski
Grateful this is a ski in ski out place
Grateful for the availability of healthy food when traveling
Grateful that I did not bring my work laptop and I have a good team to back me up
Grateful to have time to catch up with my gratpack friends

Grateful to make my bed sober!

Grateful for the dwindling sense of remorse, self-hate, and regret that came with that awful hangovers!

Grateful to be alive and sober.
Grateful for a good cup of tea.
Grateful my little g.son slept in a bit longer than usual.
Grateful for my little cat.
Grateful to be able to help a friend today by looking after her son while she works.
Grateful the sun is trying to make an appearance.
Grateful for all the wonderful memories I have of my beautiful dad, he died 4 years ago today on his wedding anniversary. I miss him so much and I'm feeling a bit emotional this morning, but I'm grateful I wont be drinking.

Grateful for weight gain, because it is waking me up to some really unhealthy habits.
