Grateful for getting really creative with my cooking lately. And rediscovering FRUIT!

Also grateful for learning how to feel and move my body from the INSIDE. It's very different and very cool.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Grateful
For seeing a shooting star before heading in to lay down.
For having a clear head.
For seeing things as they are.
For having a tired body and a comfortable place to rest it.
For SR.

For another day alive. May tomorrow greet us all...

Grateful to feel sleepy and ready for bed. Grateful to know I will wake up well rested. Grateful for making it through another day sober.

I wish I got to see a shooting star!

Grateful for my dad.
And really grateful to feel this way, because I never thought I would.
Grateful to put the pain of our past away and love each other.
He is almost 93, and I want to treasure every day I have with him.

Nite all,

Love V xx

Aly I am grateful you are OK.

Grateful for SR friends.
Grateful for sourdough starter souring, yoghurt fermenting, beans sprouting, seeds to plant in the morning.
Grateful for the bounty of life.

Grateful that loud happy breakfasts are a normal weekend routine, and agonizing hangovers are from a past long ago.

Grateful that my brother in law came by and hung shelves and fixed some things for me.
Grateful I took a nap.
Grateful my soreness is diminished.
Grateful that I want to be a better person and am learning that more selfish choices make me feel worse inside.
Grateful that everything is already okay in its unfinished state.

Grateful I worked up the courage to introduce myself to one of our deaf church members using sign language. And that I understood when his signed his name back!

Also grateful for a clear warm afternoon before the dreaded "wintry mix" expected tomorrow. I love the snow, but the ice? Not so much.
