Most grateful for your prayers and well wishes for this migraine that feels like it is finally taking it's leave. I got through it and I thank you SO much for your hugs, concern, prayers and having to listing to me complain! Yikes, that can be annoying, but I'm so grateful.

Grateful for my feelings of wanting so many good things for all of you/us that are not necessarily of the monetary species. LOL

Grateful that I feel well enough to enjoy being outdoors today. Grateful that I made the choice to stay well by not drinking.

Aly I hope you feel better soon. Hopefully with rest....

Grateful Aly's headache is improving!!

Grateful I was able to follow through on some things today and not be impeded by depression or fear.

Grateful a man in a store cashier line insisted I go ahead of him.

Grateful my best girlfriend was able to express some dark feelings to me today and knows she can trust me to be here for her. Her son (who killed himself 4 yrs ago) would have turned 24 tomorrow. Oddly I am grateful my mother's birthday is the day after her son's birthday, so we both can feel dark at the same time and support each other. My Mother and her son also died two days apart so we support each other on those days as well.

Grateful I am moving ahead with my life, slowly but surely.... as life stands still for no one.

Grateful for finally getting out on my bike today. It had been out of the shop for over two weeks with a bunch of new parts and I just test drove it today. Sad, though, that one of the problems I thought would be fixed is actually related to "operator error," not the bike. : ( Still, glad for a good ride on a beautiful day.

And grateful for my ex telling me how much he respects and admires the recovery work I've done and him reaching out and trying to be more on the same wavelength as me. It's nice.

Thank you EQ! and everyone!

Grateful that I'm starting to remember what it feels like to be a part of the world again and to get excited about things sometimes.

Grateful that the family I met today and may work for part time seems really awesome and very nice. I think I'd have a great time shuttling all those kids around to their games and lessons. Kids have always been so much fun to me. I don't get to see my niece and nephews much at all any more, so this might help fill that void. I'd have fun and get paid for it!

So grateful this pain is finally starting to dissipate. Praying it continues to hit the road. What a nightmare, but my so awesome friends here really helped me a lot and I am not only grateful but personally so touched. My 'bio' family is such a mess of craziness it is unexplainable most of the time.

Closing night of the Olympics. Grateful to watch to beautiful young athletes have the time of their lives!

Grateful for a productive morning and a lazy afternoon -- good balance.
Grateful that I can make mistakes these days and laugh about it instead of getting twizzled up. (Is twizzled a word?)
Grateful that I don't have to run the world, it does just fine without me.

Grateful to wake up 4 mornings in a row to hear "good morning Uncle Scott" from my niece and nephew. Haven't seen them in almost 5 years. What a blessing!

To Aly,

So happy to hear the awful and debilitating migraines are somewhat gone. I talked to a few people this weekend and they said Tylenol for Migraines was of much help. Just an FYI, and ((((HUGS)))). Also read without my glasses and thought you said 14 dogs. That would give many migraines to some. Don't you love the unlimited love from dogs and cats??? Just to name a few....Be well and Thrive, Aly...Love IP

I am a big Words With friends on Facebook and just found myself looking up Twizzled' in the word dictionary and saw it is a figure skating term used for spinning. Well. dang. now I know the name of all those spins I practice...NOT.of course I first though it was the little red plastic thingies t0 stir your drink when at a bar..LOL

LOL^^^Ip, thank you for a good chuckle this morning! I needed it!

So grateful for you, my friend.

Oh, I have a 14 year old "puppy". I may have had 14 dogs over the years, but not at one time!
