Morning Gratitude Part 21
Grateful for caramel coffee and peppermint tea
Grateful to have enough mad money left over after bills to indulge a bit
Grateful to enjoy a Netflix movie couch date with hubby and son
Grateful for the delicious smell wafting out of the kitchen as hubby prepares lunch
Grateful spirituality is becoming a constant in my life rather than an afterthought
Happy Sunday all

Good morning GP!
Grateful it's Monday and I'm not dreading going to work
Grateful I'm waking up with a clear head
Grateful that I'm getting a little bit better every day at getting my ego out of the way.
That's a hard one as apparently I have one stubborn ego
Grateful for the sunshine we had yesterday in the middle of days of gray skies and rain.
Grateful to have the opportunity to make grateful a verb today.
Have a good Monday, GP

Grateful for
Time to wake up quietly in the mornings
My NarAnon meeting last night
Going to an AA meeting with my friend this morning to celebrate her 2 years of sobriety
Discussions with my family and BF--reopening lines of open, honest communication
You guys on here who help me to open myself up again and see things in a more positive light

Grateful for a wonderful vacation trip the week of May 1st with my spouse to Maine.
Grateful that this was the first vacation of this length of time for my spouse and me during 31 yrs of marriage.
Grateful that the trip was enjoyed after almost 5 months off opiates.
Grateful to be at that official 5 months point on the 19th of May.
Grateful for the continuous good nights of sleep that have returned these past few months.
Grateful to all SR friends who post routinely and inspire us all.
Grateful to all new SR friends who find their way to SR and join this wonderful community.
Grateful for my health, job, friends, family and my faith.

Grateful for my coffee!
Grateful for a new day!
Grateful I had a thought last night about opening a relationship door rather than keeping it shut
Grateful I took the time yesterday to clean the house because it does my head good to wake up in a neat and tidy home.

Grateful this morning for so many things... but most of all, I am grateful for
health, energy, enthusiasm, love, food, shelter, friends, and family.
Grateful to be looking forward to today -- have a lot planned.
Grateful that the weather is beautiful.
Have a great day everyone!

grateful for a better mood and grateful to beeeeee toooooobusy.....but i wanted to get in a quickie grat before the shower....
grateful i can still move quickly and with a clear head, at least make a show of being organized.....the dirt from the rainy weather is making a big mess...but us sober folks just take it in stride.

G'morning!
Grateful for Monday and for getting started on my to do list
Grateful for my decision to start exercising regularly...here's hoping this becomes a new habit
Grateful for doing some decluttering yesterday and actually being able to walk into our walk in closet for the first time in I don't know how long
A great grateful day to all

I like the post about seeing pictures on Facebook and knowing you were sober in all of them.
I have pictures from when I was active; and man, they are some ugly pictures! I vacillate between tossing them out (shredded, of course) or holding on to them for "keeping it green". I've kept them. They are a part of what I "was" - reality - deal with it.
Grateful for out-of-the-way bottom drawers that I can file things into!
Grateful that those old BIG eyeglasses went out of style many years ago!
Grateful to SR for instant access to those who suffered and those who continue to suffer.
Grateful for the new day and the realization that this day, my level of serenity is directly proportionate to my state of mind.
Grateful to HP and the ever-present signposts; there for me to see.
Have a good one, all.......

Thanks for that one, RZ
Morning GP!
Grateful for the "little things" because they are the real things.
And grateful that even though I get crabby sometimes and let things get under my skin, I am getting better at letting go of the negativity.
Life is too short, and too precious!
