Hi, all)

Robby - glad you are released and going home!!!!

I've finally got my gum fixed. Though I will need more profound and (sigh) expensive work on it, temporary fix works too - it's not bleeding and protected. And I kind of even can eat (maybe, still early for dehydrated okra).

See you all later)

That's great news Robby!!

Midnightblue-you should take advantage of the okra smoothie recipe. There is also okra puree if you want to go that route.

Strat - I would be glad to take advantage of both, but my blender died, and all the smoothie ingredients are currently out of my budget

Maybe, smelling okra will work for me?))

I am so glad you are back home Robby. Let's keep our fingers crossed. The way you are dealing with it shows some serious recovery. I want to be like that when I grow up.

Midnight!! YEAH!! You will have more energy to tackle your problems now that you can eat some proper food. >Beware of escargot though, it might be a bit too chewy for you right now.<

LBrain you cracked me up! as a French expat in the States your video made my day

Mesaman that dog is gorgeous. Is it yours?

I am going lawn mower shopping today. Long story short but I had to mowe my fairly big backyard last week with a weed whacker and I am not doing it again.

What happened to the neighborhood kids who would do your yard for extra $$$? Kids nowadays are so darn spoiled they would not even dream to do some honest labor. They think everything is due to them. When I was growing up...

Carlotta, these kids today! I just don't know!

We had steamed veggies for dins last night. Trying to counteract all that sugar from the weekend. I have a raging headache today. Might be the barometric pressure from the incoming rain, we need the rain.

Love from Lenina

Me too. Sigh and Ugh. Owie.

Could be a sugar detox too. Sugar and wheat withdrawal is awful.

Be well.

AO, I think I have a trifecta going here. Ugh. I ate those scones and hot crossed buns, cookies, chocolates, jelly beans! And now the weather! Tum is upset, I'm achy, head hurty.

Maybe a nap but the anxiety is too high to be still enough! I can't take a bath for another six months due to the surgery. Leg is feeling lots better though!

Love from Lenina

Carlotta ~

Yep, he's our 4th Goldie. Love him to death! We're off to the local Dog Park soon on this Sunny & Windy day. His bestest Play Pooch Pal will be there, by appt. made a few days ago. They really go to Town wrestling.

Today, I'm cleaning up our lil Camper Trailer. When the going gets tough, the tough go Camping! Da Wife has assorted Drinking Gal Palz stopping by this Summer - here in the Hinterlands - so I need to be able to bail on short notice. More Fishing time for me. Hurt me more!-)

MidnightBlue mentioned huffin' some Okra. Sage anyone? With 80 Acres of Sage on this Mesa-top, I figger I can corner the Market on Sage Smudge Sticks to sell to Earth Muffins everywhere. I'll be charging a Premium for special Smudges with Eau de Doe.

Ah, Carlotta, I do believe you're taking the p***. If you notice most weight loss aids recommend eating a healthier diet and getting more exercise.

I'm still laughing though, thanks! I needed that!

I want sage! I want sage! Is it good on pizza??

Seriously, I am a big smudger. I am currently cooking tilapia and a giant salad tonight to counter the effects of greasy, fatty Easter ham, trays of macaroni and cholesterol, and 800 Reeses peanut butter eggs. Will they cancel each other out??

Yeah, like trying to find some kid to shovel snow from your sidewalk. They're extinct.

I did the math doubledragons and the tilapia and salad did not cancel out the 800 reeses peanut butter eggs and the easter dinner. To cancel just the 800 reeses eggs, you need to eat 1600 okra.

kids these days have it so easy. why when I was their age I had to walk ten miles to school everyday in all kinds of weather and it was up hill both ways.

Robby, here's me wanting you on the mend and hoping for the best on those test results.

midnight, I am glad you got those gums looked at and you at least have a temporary fix working for you. my thoughts are with you.

Robby. That is the best news I've heard all day. There is nothing like being at home.
