I know my sobriety is improving because on my trips to the local supermarket the staff treat me with courtesy and respect, and even laugh with me now, where once they laughed at me!

I knw my sobriety is improving, because now I seek quality, something I can't define, but know it when I see it, in my life not quantity. Much of which is bound up in the credibility of what I see around me.

-I know its improving because I can smell alcohol on other people's breath. Before I couldnt smell it because I smelled like it too. It bothers me now
-Because im getting used to being sober.
-Its improving because for the first time in years since a loved ones death im finally feeling feelings, I moved past my feelings and I feel lighter.
-Improvement for sure because I dont use my age as an excuse to get trashed and do stupid crap anymore.

I know my sobriety is improving because I'm not finding empty liquor bottles EVERYWHERE or feeling extreme fear and anxiety. It is getting better everyday, even if it has only been 5 days.
