24 hour NO nicotine/smoking club part 7
way to go on 17 days firebolt!
day 39 for me. I went to a meeting last night to see someone. The guy sitting next to me had a can of skoal on the table in front of him. About halfway through he puts some in his mouth. I felt the urge last night looking at it, but this morning didn't even think about it until now. Also, I didn't start off the day with a piece of chocolate.

day 19! I am questioning getting off the Wellbutrin in a week or 2. I feel GREAT! My thoughts are slowed down and more separate, little no no anxiety, and I can focus better. I only need a few hours sleep lately, so I am getting A LOT done. It makes me wonder if I have some ADHD and or depression that this pill is helping me with? Or do i just feel better because of the no nicotine?!
41 - another cold record night, heading out in it...
wellbutrin was not originally designed to help quit, it was a 'side effect' of it and it has become more widely accepted/used as a quit aid.
so yes, wllbutron does make you feel better.

No smoking for me today!! I hit 26 months cig free on the 1st of this month. Today is 796 days for me. I still keep track of the days of all of my quits as kind of a recovery ritual.
Quitting smoking (and quitting all the other stuff) was one of the best things I ever did.
